DeserTech and Innovation Africa partnered for a challenge competition that brings Israeli innovation to rural Africa. the goal was to tackle Innovation: Africa’s challenges in the field and connect the Israeli water-tech ecosystem to their activity. during the process, Israeli startups were mentored by IA’s experts to adjust their solution to the needs of the water pumps the organization installs in rural Africa. The winners got a sponsored pilot on one of their sites.
